Pre-registration
The easiest and most convenient way to register and check-in at the show! Download the registration form and auto fair rules & regulations below, complete the registration form and return it along with your entry fee to the address provided on the form. A pre-registration packet will be mailed to the address you provide about 2 weeks prior to the show that will include your window sticker for VIP access to the show grounds. Be sure to check-in at registration to pick-up your Vehicle Registration Packet filled with all kinds of useful information. Pre-registration deadline is June 15, 2013.

Day of Show Registration
To register your car day of show, you will need to come to the Friends of Coal Auto Fair Registration Area, fill out the registration form and pay the entry fee. You will then receive your Vehicle Registration Packet and be directed onto the show grounds.

Friday, July 19, 2013: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday, July 20, 2013: 8am to 5:00pm
Sunday, July 21, 2013: 8am to Noon
